Materials
The softness of mink, the fullness of fox, the curls of karakul — each fur has something to love. We’ve grouped our work by material so you can get to know each one and choose what you’d like your own piece to be made from.
Mink
Mink has dense underfur that helps retain warmth. Its even guard hairs give the fur a smooth texture and natural sheen.
Fox
Fox has long, soft guard hairs and dense underfur. This gives it a full appearance even in a small detail, such as a collar, cuffs or an accessory.
Leather
Leather can be smooth, grained or velvety, depending on how it is finished. We choose it with the future piece in mind: a headscarf needs suppleness, while a bucket hat needs to hold its shape.
Beaver
Beaver has dense, soft underfur that retains warmth well. Long, glossy guard hairs give the fur volume and help protect it from moisture.
Arctic fox
Arctic fox has exceptionally dense winter fur. Its thick underfur helps retain warmth, while the long, soft pile creates its characteristic fullness.
Karakul
Karakul has a short pile with a natural pattern ranging from tight little curls to gentle waves. The short pile makes this texture particularly clear.
Llama
Llama fur has a long pile that can be straight or wavy. Its texture ranges from smooth strands to soft, full waves.
Lynx
Lynx fur is rarely available and is prized for its long, silky pile, pale background and dark spots. The belly fur is usually whiter and longer than the back, so the pattern varies even within a single pelt.
Marten
Marten’s natural colour ranges from chestnut to dark brown. Beneath its long, glossy guard hairs lies lighter, soft underfur that gives the colour depth.
Mouton
Mouton is sheepskin with a closely sheared pile. Processing gives the fur an even, soft feel, while the dense wool retains warmth well.
Raccoon
Raccoon has long guard hairs and dense, soft underfur, giving it fullness. Variations from grey and brown to darker shades create its characteristic mottled colouring.
Sheared mink
Shearing shortens mink’s guard hairs, giving the surface an even, almost velvety feel. The dense underfur remains and continues to help retain warmth.
Chinchilla rabbit
Chinchilla rabbit has dense, soft fur. Light and dark sections of each hair create colour gradations resembling those of chinchilla.
